The WinePod on NBC
The WinePod personal winery and founder Greg Snell were recently featured on NBC’s award-winning technology news show, Tech Now. Host Scott Budman made the trip to our offices in Silicon Valley to check out the WinePod and then headed over to Cypress Semiconductor to speak with Cypress CEO (and WinePod investor) T.J. Rodgers. T.J. also makes his own wine at his Woodside, California, winery Clos de la Tech, where they are striving to:
make the best Pinot Noir in the New World and to seriously challenge the greatest Burgundies that have dominated Pinot Noir wines since the 13th century.
Tech Now is syndicated on NBC stations across the country. So, many are seeing WinePod for the first time in cities like Seattle, Boston, Louisville, Dallas, Providence, Rapid City and more. In total, the WinePod story ran in 43 markets throughout the US and was featured on CNBC’s Tech Check.
